IMPORTANT INFO, PLEASE READ:

Effective immediately, all items listed are PRE-ORDER. This will now include IN-PERSON pick up orders and can be paid via Cashapp (Email for info) or PayPal. Depending on your local postal delivery service, please allow an additional 2-3 business days.


DO YOU OFFER IN-PERSON DELIVERY?

Yes. However, you will either receive your items from the representative you ordered from or meet at a specific location. If you have already paid for your items and have not picked up within 2 days, it will be automatically shipped to you. Any time you place order via CashApp, be sure to leave your address in the "For" section (applies to local orders only)

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMIZATION?

Personalization is offered on select items, but at the moment. full customization is not offered.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the type of items we offer and COVID19, all sales are final. However, if you are not satisfied with you item within 30 days, please feel free to reach out for other ways to resolve your concerns.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Unfortunately, we do not at this time.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Glad you asked, doll! We accept all major credit/debit cards. We accept payment via Cashapp and PayPal. In the near future, we will be accepting in-person orders via Square reader and Venmo.

How It Works For Our Company

We know how eager you are to receive your package and how important it is to you! Because many of our products are "Made To Order" we typically ship items within 4-7 business days depending on business needs. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for items purchased over the weekend or on holidays. Sometimes there may be a delay due to the postal schedule in your area, but don't fret! We will always contact you with tracking information and keep you up-to-date.
